Ms. Rose is a cross-border tax professional with extensive financial expertise. She earned a B.Sc. in Psychology from Albany State University in 2005 and later completed an MBA in International Business, Accounting, and Finance in 2011. In 2008, she founded Vice Versa Taxes, a subsidiary of Vice Versa Enterprises Inc. in Atlanta, Georgia. Originally preparing taxes for colleagues and friends, Ms. Rose expanded her business to Canada in 2017, distinguishing herself by offering rare cross-border business and income tax services.

Frances Speights is the Executive Assistant to the CEO at Vice Versa Taxes, where she ensures seamless operations and supports executive-level initiatives. A proud military veteran who served in the US Military, Frances brings discipline, leadership, and organizational excellence to her role. Fully bilingual in Spanish and English, she bridges communication with a diverse client base. With over 10 years of experience as a Realtor, she specializes in delivering exceptional customer service and creating five-star client experiences. Her military background, combined with her passion for excellence and dedication to clients, makes her an invaluable asset to every team she serves

Nakimbe B’aobab holds an MBA from Northeastern University in Boston, MA, and boasts an undergraduate award from the University of Toronto. With over 25 years of executive experience in the private, public, and non-profit sectors, she is a seasoned leader and strategist. As one of Canada’s Top 100 Black Women to Watch in 2023 and a notable 2020 TEDx speaker, Nakimbe has been widely recognized for her Outstanding Contribution and Leadership in Marketing, particularly for her innovative ‘S.O.L.D’ strategic organic lead-generation system, winning the distinguished award at the Marketing 2.0 Conference

Mr. Richards an accomplished Accounting and Finance professional with over twenty years of progressive experience across manufacturing, waste services, software, and engineering sectors. As a Chartered Professional Accountant of Canada (CPA) since 1997, he specializes in payroll management, personal taxes, and tax strategies.

A proven leader in system implementation including ERP and payroll systems, Mr. Richards provides strategic financial advice, cost improvement solutions, and comprehensive FP&A support. [His/Her] expertise spans full-cycle corporate accounting with extensive experience in waste services, engineering services, and manufacturing industries including automotive, building materials, and food production.

Mr. Richards combines deep technical expertise with strategic business acumen to deliver exceptional financial solutions and drive organizational growth.

Krystle holds a MBA from the Keller Graduate School of Management, with a concentration in
Finance and a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Illinois at Chicago.
With over 20 years of proven leadership within the consumer packaged goods (CPG) industry in
the United States and Canada, Krystle brings executive knowledge in financial analysis,
accounting, and business risk analysis.

Elliott holds a BA in Criminal Justice & Business from Kentucky State University and is a certified GRC Analyst, having completed a comprehensive Cybersecurity Academy. His reputation precedes him as he brings over 25 years of business acumen, leadership, innovation, and meticulous attention to detail to our organization.

His passion for numbers, combined with his exceptional ability to educate clients at every level, demonstrates his commitment and natural gift for helping others succeed.
